The outline shows the area I represent. Boundary: ONS, July 2024. Map: OpenStreetMap and CARTO.
Over the last few weeks, thousands of homes have been left without water, much of it caused by the dry weather.
But what makes this more annoying is when you spot water pouring down a road, a drain overflowing, or a leak that just isn’t being fixed.
Especially when you don’t know who to tell or know anything is actually being done about it.
That’s why I’ve launched Water Watch.
It’s a simple tool that helps you report water leaks, flooding and blocked drains directly to me.
All you have to do is find the problem on the map, tell me what’s happened, and Water Watch prepares an email for you to send straight to me.
That means I can see where problems are happening, identify the ones that aren’t being dealt with, and push the water companies to get them fixed.
So if there’s a leak, flood or blocked drain near you, don’t assume someone else has reported it.

Your information
Water Watch does not save or send anything you type. It uses your details only to prepare an email on your device. Nothing leaves this page until you open the email and press send.
After you send it, I will use the information to respond to your case and may need to share relevant details with the organisation responsible for the problem.
